As a Security Officer Unarmed Overnight Driver in LIMA, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an unarmed Security Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate activity, incident, and visitor records.
• Communicate professionally with site contacts, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, observations, and operational needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
