As a Security Officer Full Time Badge Administration in King William, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a food and beverage location, you will help maintain a secure environment by managing entry points, verifying credentials, monitoring access activity, and responding to security-related concerns. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, security-related policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage manufacturing location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor entry records, and direct authorized individuals in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to access control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and report unusual activity.
• Support compliance with facility entry requirements, including required personal protective equipment and restricted-area authorization procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
