As an Armed Patrol Officer, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns at a dynamic industrial location. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license and armed qualifications. Job Schedule:

To be considered for employment, candidates must provide the following documentation:

• Concealed Carry Weapons Permit (C121)
  Candidates applying for positions that require the carrying of a concealed weapon must possess a valid Concealed Carry Weapons Permit. This permit must be submitted as part of the application process.

• Valid Driver's License - AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123)
  All candidates must hold a valid driver's license that complies with the AU Driver Policy Requirements. A copy of the driver's license must be provided during the application process.

• Act 235 Qualification (Pennsylvania Only) (C134)
  For positions based in Pennsylvania that require the use of firearms, candidates must have completed the Act 235 Qualification. Proof of qualification must be submitted with the application.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the business, grounds and perimeter, maintaining awareness of unusual activity and reporting observations according to site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a concealed carry weapons permit.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess Act 235 qualification in Pennsylvania.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
