In this role, you can expect to work 30–40 hours per week, offering steady income and opportunities for growth. Your schedule will vary week to week, based on a combination of manager-assigned shifts and those you pick up through our Earn More, Claim-A-Shift self-scheduling program. Shifts, days, locations, and assignments will change regularly, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals who are adaptable, dependable, and ready to take on new challenges. Please note that you will be assigned to work irregular shifts with little to no advance notice to support client needs.

Pay Rate: $18.29 / Hour

As part of our hiring process, we would like to remind you that an active Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret Clearance is a requirement for this position. 1. Age Requirement
   All candidates must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is in accordance with our company policy (C101).

2. Security Experience
   A minimum of one year of relevant security experience is required for all applicants. This ensures that candidates have the necessary background to perform effectively in their roles (C115).

3. Driver's License
   Candidates must hold a valid driver's license that complies with the Driver Policy Requirements. This is essential for roles that require travel or transportation (C123).

4. Educational Verification
   Proof of a high school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate is mandatory. Candidates must provide documentation to verify their educational qualifications as required by our client (C137).

5.  Branch Flex – Last Minute Shift Scheduling (C165)

   • Requirement: Candidates must demonstrate flexibility in their availability to accommodate last-minute shift changes.
   • Expectation: Applicants should be prepared to receive notifications regarding shift changes with minimal notice and be willing to adjust their schedules accordingly.
   • Communication: Candidates will be informed of this requirement during the interview process and must confirm their understanding and willingness to comply.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards
• Sound alarms or calls police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons
• Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles
• Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitors entrances and exits
• Observe departing personnel to protect against theft of company property and ensures that authorized removal of property is conducted within appropriate client requirements
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain written logs as required by the post
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders

Basic Qualifications:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• An active DoD Top Secret Clearance is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
