As a Security Officer Overnight Identity Access in Boca Raton, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a residential community, you will help maintain a welcoming, secure environment by monitoring entry points, verifying visitor and resident access, and responding to security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally with residents and guests, and support routine patrols to help deter incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points at a residential community, verify visitor, vendor, and delivery authorization, and document access activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Operate access-control systems, gates, intercoms, and related equipment; communicate clearly with residents and authorized contacts regarding visitor access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of community grounds, common areas, entry points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• A Guard Card or license is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
