As a Security Officer Perimeter Patrol in Kahului, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a transportation location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with visitors and staff, and respond professionally to situations as they arise. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to transportation clients, passengers, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of transportation facilities, parking areas, vehicle staging areas, access points, and surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to designated areas, verify credentials as required, and maintain awareness of pedestrian and vehicle traffic patterns.
• Prepare accurate activity reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
