Manufacturing Facility - Position Located near HWY 80 & S. Collins Rd. in Sunnyval, TX

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $18.54 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Candidates must have full schedule flexibility and be available to work any assigned shift, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.

While some employees may be assigned a defined or consistent work schedule, all candidates must be willing and able to work different shifts and adjust their availability as operational needs require.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe activity to help deter unauthorized entry, theft, and other policy violations.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity, and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
