As a Security Officer Full Time Secure Entry in Beaumont, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a chemical/petrochemical location, you will help maintain a secure environment by verifying credentials, managing visitor and employee access, monitoring entry points, and communicating professionally with site personnel. You will support security-related operations through visible presence, accurate documentation, and responsive customer service. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, contractors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a chemical/petrochemical location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and authorization, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and direct individuals to designated check-in procedures.
• Control entry and exit of vehicles and deliveries in accordance with site requirements, documenting activity and reporting irregularities to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized entry and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A TSA-issued TWIC is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued license for security-related work is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
