As a Security Shift Supervisor, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more. The Security Shift Supervisor will function as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
Pay Rate: $19.34/ per hour.
Location: Doral, FL
Split Shift: Sunday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM and Monday - Thursday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

- A Valid Driver’s license
- Valid Florida Security License D License
- 2 years of Security Supervisor experience

Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 21+ years of age.
- Observing and reporting (high)
- Computers savvy is extremely important.
- Able to read and write English.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have security license Required, ability to use a computer or tablet.
- Required, comfortable working outdoors in all elements of the weather for the entire shift.
- Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

Responsibilities:
- security Supervise the day-to-day security operations of an assigned client site.
- Manage a team of security officers, site and/or shift supervisors including hiring/selection, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development, and support.
- Ensure the client site is provided with high-quality security services to protect people and property.
- Build, improve and maintain effective relationships with both clients and employees.
- Provide customer service to our clients by conducting safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and, if appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
- Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
- Must possess effective written and oral communication and people skills with the ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the public in a professional and effective manner; must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines.
- Must be able to frequently prepare written reports and log in neat, legible handwriting.
- Must be able to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions.
- Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites.
- Ability to manage both common and crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.
