As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and badge processes. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $19.13 / Hour

• Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)
  Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors.

• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)
  Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets for daily tasks. This includes navigating software applications, managing emails, and utilizing digital communication tools effectively.

• Customer Service Experience (B219)
  A minimum of [insert required years] years of customer service experience is required. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues professionally.

• Security Experience - 6+ Months (C112)
  Candidates must have at least six months of relevant security experience. This includes knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and the ability to maintain a safe environment.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, ATM locations, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity, following site procedures for identification, entry, and restricted-area access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and notify appropriate personnel according to site procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and unusual activity accurately in required reports and logs.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
