As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. Pay Rate: $17.62 / Hour

1. Proof of High School Diploma/GED (C137):

   • All candidates must provide valid documentation proving the completion of a high school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate. Acceptable forms of proof include:
     • Official high school transcripts
     • GED certificate
     • State-issued diploma

   • Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)
     Candidates must demonstrate prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with security protocols and procedures related to employee access within corporate environments.

   • CPR Certification (B205)
     All candidates must possess a valid CPR certification. This certification should be current and recognized by a reputable organization. Proof of certification must be submitted during the application process.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, offices, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assisting with access control procedures and reporting unusual conditions or policy violations.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports on incidents, patrol activities, and observed conditions in accordance with site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR/First Aid is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
