As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Driver Patrol in Kutztown, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $16.33 / Hour

• Valid Driver's License
  All candidates must possess a valid driver's license in accordance with the AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123). This is essential for roles that involve driving or operating company vehicles.

• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet
  Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets (B204). Familiarity with basic software applications and the ability to navigate digital platforms is crucial for effective job performance.

• Customer Service Experience

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to designated areas, verify credentials as directed, and maintain visitor and contractor entry records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders.
• Document patrol activities, incidents, and observations accurately through required reports and communication channels.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
