As a Security Officer Full Time Driver Badge Administration in Nazareth, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control Security Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor entry points, manage badge and visitor access, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

• Valid Driver's License
  All candidates must possess a valid  driver's license in accordance with the AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123). This is essential for roles that require travel or transportation of company assets.

• Access Control/Badge Experience
  Candidates should have experience with access control systems and badge management (B201). Familiarity with these systems is crucial for maintaining security protocols within the organization.

• Alarm Panel Experience
  Experience with alarm panel systems (B202) is required for positions that involve monitoring and responding to security alerts. Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of alarm operations and emergency response procedures.

• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet
  Proficiency in using computers or tablets (B204) is necessary for all roles. Candidates must be comfortable navigating software applications and utilizing technology to perform job functions effectively.

• Customer Service Experience
  A background in customer service (B219) is essential for positions that involve direct interaction with clients or customers. Candidates should exhibit strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent service.

• Loss Prevention Experience
  Candidates must have experience in loss prevention (B210) to ensure the protection of company assets and minimize theft or loss. Knowledge of loss prevention strategies and techniques is highly desirable.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor access points for a logistics and distribution location, verify credentials and authorization, and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle entry and exit activity.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures and escalating concerns as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, business facilities, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
