As a Security Officer Full Time Front Desk Driver in Malvern, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution location, you will welcome visitors, manage access control and badge procedures, monitor entry activity, and provide exceptional customer service. You will use computer or tablet systems to support security-related operations, communicate professionally, and help maintain an orderly environment. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

• Access Control/Badge Experience (B201):
  Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with the processes of issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors.

• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204):
  Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets. This includes the ability to navigate software applications, manage emails, and utilize digital tools effectively.

• Valid Driver's License - AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123):
  Candidates must possess a valid driver's license in accordance with  driver policy requirements. This includes meeting all legal obligations and having a clean driving record.

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional manner at a financial institution location.
• Manage front desk access by verifying identification, following visitor management procedures, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests to appropriate contacts or areas.
• Monitor entry activity, alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems from the front desk, reporting unusual activity according to site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate personnel when needed.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident documentation, and other required records while following confidentiality and site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
