As a Dispatch Security Professional at a technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will coordinate communications, monitor activity, and support timely responses to security-related incidents. You will maintain clear records, provide exceptional customer service, and help create a welcoming environment through teamwork and integrity. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch communications related to alarms, access concerns, service requests, and other security-related incidents at a technology-focused location.
• Monitor communications systems and maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and dispatch records in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Coordinate with on-site personnel, contractors, and emergency responders during incidents and critical situations while remaining calm and solution-focused.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, and report observed security-related concerns. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
