As a Security Officer Full Time CPR First Aid Patrol in Allentown, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Pay Rate: $20.50 / Hour

a. CPR Certification (B205)

• Candidates must obtain CPR certification (B205) as a condition of employment.
• The certification must be valid and recognized by a reputable organization.

b. Paid Training Provided by Allied Universal

• Allied Universal will provide paid training for CPR certification
• Details regarding the training schedule, location, and duration will be communicated to candidates upon acceptance of a job offer.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify visitor credentials as directed by site procedures, and help maintain orderly entry and exit processes.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
