As a Security Officer at at branch bank and Corporate office complex in Moosic, PA

Pay Rate: $17.62 / Hour

Openings:

• The current openings are as followed:

  • 1st Shift, Monday 0730-1730 
  • 2nd Shift, Sunday – Thursday – 1600-0000 
  • 2nd Shift, Wednesday – Saturday –1600-0000 
  • 3rd Shift, Saturday – Tuesday – 0000-0800 

Pay rate: $17.62/hr. (there are annual increases built in on the officer’s anniversary date)

2. Pre-Employment Requirements
All candidates seeking employment must meet the following pre-employment requirements:

• Physical Exam: A comprehensive physical examination is mandatory prior to employment. Paid by Allied Universal

• Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED.

• Background Check: A 10-year background check is required, in addition to all other standard AUS requirements.

• In-Person Interview: All pre-hire candidates are required to participate in an in-person meet & greet/interview with our supervisor to assess suitability for the role.

3. Building Environment and Officer Duties
The following outlines the responsibilities and expectations for officers working within the call center and administration building:

• Location: Officers will primarily be stationed at the call center located in the Administration Building.

• Lobby Posts: Officers assigned to lobby posts at entrances will be responsible for:

• Loading Dock Post:Officers will be stationed at the loading dock, either sitting at a desk or monitoring the area.Ensure that all deliveries and personnel entering the loading dock are authorized and logged appropriately.

• Roving Patrols: Officers will conduct roving patrols with Heliaus to ensure the safety and security of the premises. This includes:

  • Regularly monitoring designated areas.
  • Reporting any suspicious activities or security breaches to the appropriate authorities.

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  *A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only
