As a Security Guard Access Control Operations in Forest Hill, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Access Control Officer in a food and beverage location, you will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and provide exceptional customer service. You will help maintain an orderly environment through clear communication, professional presence, and timely reporting of security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points, verify credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate access-related records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, unauthorized access attempts, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity or access-related concerns.
• Support a professional and orderly environment at a food and beverage location by communicating clearly with site personnel and following required sanitation and facility-entry practices.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
