As a Security Officer Security Clearance Driver Patrol Access Control in King Of Prussia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor access points, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents through a professional, visible presence. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. Deliver outstanding customer service while communicating clearly and responding to site needs with integrity, reliability, agility, and teamwork.

Pay Rate: $23.86 / Hour

2. Valid Driver's License - AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123)
   A valid driver's license is required in accordance with the AU Driver Policy. Candidates must provide proof of a valid license during the application process.

3. Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)
   Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges.

4. Alarm Panel Experience (B202)
   Experience with alarm panel systems is required. Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of alarm system operations and protocols.

5. Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)
   Proficiency in using computers or tablets is necessary. Candidates must be comfortable navigating software applications and performing tasks on digital devices.

6. CPR Certification (B205)
   Candidates must hold a current CPR certification. This certification is vital for ensuring the safety and well-being of employees and clients.

7. Customer Service Experience (B219)
   Previous experience in customer service is required. Candidates should be able to demonstrate effective communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent service.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense-related location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, entry points, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report irregularities or unauthorized access attempts to appropriate site contacts.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with site requirements and Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
