Job Description


As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Emergency Care in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. As a Security Officer supporting a transportation location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and assist passengers, visitors, and employees with professionalism and clear communication. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to passengers, employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a transportation location.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned terminal areas, access points, parking facilities, perimeter areas, and other designated locations to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
  • Monitor access to restricted or controlled areas, verify credentials as directed, and report unauthorized entry attempts or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, passenger concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and notifying emergency services or site contacts as needed.
  • Prepare accurate activity reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance or operational concerns to Allied Universal leadership and designated site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
