As a Security Officer Medical Care Environment Patrol in Baltimore, MD, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and other individuals by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical-related emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and contacting appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with directing visitors, supporting visitor management processes, and reporting unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, and security-related activities in accordance with location procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be able to meet hospital vaccine requirements.
• Be able to restrain individuals.
• Have at least 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
