As a Security Guard Full Time Bicycle Patrol Equipment Support in West Hollywood, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas by bicycle, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, communicate professionally with visitors and staff, report security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public while carrying out site-specific, security-related procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, public disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and notification protocols.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of public facilities, surrounding grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout assigned areas, helping to deter unauthorized access, trespassing, and prohibited conduct.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and communicate observations to site contacts, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Able to ride a bike.
• Preferred ability to ride a bike for long periods of time.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
