As a Security Guard Full Time Access System in Riviera Beach, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Access Control Security Officer in a residential community, you will monitor entry points, verify residents and visitors, manage access credentials, and maintain a visible presence that helps deter security-related incidents. You will provide welcoming, professional service while communicating clearly with residents, guests, and team members. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor, resident, and vendor authorization, and maintain accurate access-related logs and records.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential community grounds, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Communicate professionally with residents, property staff, and emergency responders while reporting observations and incidents in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is required.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
