As a Security Guard Full Time Access Control Intake in Wilmer, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer supporting a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. You will monitor entry points, verify access credentials, maintain accurate visitor and employee records, and communicate professionally with personnel and guests. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor and contractor access, and maintain accurate access-control records.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Assist with the enforcement of site access requirements and help protect restricted operational areas, equipment, and materials.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
