As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Intervention in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Armed Security Officer supporting a government transportation location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and members of the public by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities at government transportation facilities.
• Respond to incidents, service disruptions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed by site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned facilities, public areas, parking locations, transit-related properties, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe activity throughout assigned locations, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations through established reporting channels.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications while providing professional assistance and directions to visitors and personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
