As a Security Officer Patrol Response Full Time in Nashville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an unarmed patrol professional at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide welcoming customer service to tenants and visitors. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property staff while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, parking areas, common areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the property, observe visitor and contractor activity, and report unauthorized entry, property damage, or other security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency responders when needed.
• Prepare accurate activity, incident, and maintenance-related reports, and communicate observations to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
