As a Security Officer Credential Control in Mesquite, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, manage badge access, and help maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and operations. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and support a professional presence that helps deter incidents. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to drivers, employees, visitors, and vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points at a logistics and distribution location, verify credentials and authorized entry, and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity.
• Respond to access concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, loading areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and report unusual conditions.
• Maintain accurate logs, complete required reports, and communicate relevant information during shift changes.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
