As a Security Officer Full Time Access Control in Jupiter, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a residential property, you will help maintain a welcoming, secure environment by monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, managing visitor access, and responding to security-related concerns. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting residents, guests, and property staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor, vendor, and delivery access authorization, and maintain accurate access-related records.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Communicate professionally with residents and property management regarding access-related issues, incidents, and site-specific policy questions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Guard card is required. 
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
