As a Security Officer Full Time Clinical in Ringgold, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a healthcare location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, assist with access and visitor concerns, and provide professional customer service and communication. This role offers the opportunity to support patients, visitors, and staff while working with a reliable, innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare setting.
  • Respond to incidents, critical situations, and requests for assistance in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, communicating with appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, patient care areas, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
  • Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting unusual conditions, hazards, and policy violations according to established procedures.
  • Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and maintain a professional presence while supporting a welcoming environment for all individuals.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Meet hospital vaccination requirements.
  • Be comfortable working in a hospital environment that includes a morgue.
  • Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
  • Be able to restrain individuals as needed in a hospital setting.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
