As a Security Officer Entry Screener in Pooler, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Screener in a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will help monitor access points, screen visitors and team members, and support a professional environment through strong communication and customer service. In this role, you will remain visible, assist with routine security-related tasks, and contribute to a caring culture built on agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related protocols at a busy distribution location.
• Screen personnel, visitors, packages, and/or vehicles entering or leaving the location in accordance with post procedures and client-facing expectations.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details through appropriate channels.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document entries, exits, and/or screening activities to help support daily operations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for suspicious activity, policy violations, and/or conditions that may require a security-related response.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
