As a Security Guard - International Airport Terminal, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic transportation location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support travelers and staff with outstanding customer service and communication. In this unarmed role, you will complete routine patrols, respond to site needs, and contribute to a people-first culture built on agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a transportation location.
• Respond to incidents, disruptions, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout public areas, restricted areas, operational spaces, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by verifying credentials, observing visitor and employee movement, and reporting suspicious behavior.
• Support day-to-day location operations by following post orders, assisting with crowd and queue observation, and reporting maintenance, hazard, and/or policy-related issues to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A New York State Security Guard License is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
