This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response protocols at a commercial property location.
• Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to property management and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity, property concerns, and/or security-related issues.
• Monitor entry points, observe on-site activity, and document incidents, observations, and/or daily activity in accordance with post orders and client location expectations.
• Support property operations by assisting with directions, answering general questions, and reporting hazards, unauthorized access attempts, and/or suspicious behavior to the appropriate contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
