Engineer - Must have a Class Three Boiler License from the City of Omaha (Boiler Certification)
This position is an excellent opportunity for a retired or semi-retired engineer who would like to earn supplemental income while enjoying a lower-stress work environment.
Primary responsibilities include monitoring facility systems such as boilers, pumps, air handlers, fans, temperatures, and pressure levels to ensure equipment is operating properly. When an issue arises, you will troubleshoot the problem and contact the on-call Facilities Manager for guidance. Many issues can be resolved independently or with support from the manager via FaceTime or phone. If additional repairs are required, the Facilities Manager will coordinate with an outside vendor to complete the work.
