As a Confidential Executive Armed Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing discreet, professional, and high-level security services for executive leadership, high-profile individuals, corporate assets, and sensitive operations. This role requires exceptional judgment, situational awareness, professionalism, and the ability to operate in both routine and high-risk environments while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Position Details
  • Position: Confidential Executive Armed Security Officer
  • Shift: Must have Open Availabilty
  • Pay Rate: $45.00 per hour
  • Required Licenses: Valid Florida Class D and Class G Security Licenses
  • Location: Confidential Executive Protection Assignment

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive protection and armed security services for corporate executives, VIPs, and other designated individuals.
  • Maintain a discreet and professional presence while ensuring the safety and security of protected persons.
  • Conduct advance security assessments of facilities, residences, travel routes, and event locations.
  • Monitor potential threats and vulnerabilities through proactive observation and risk assessment.
  • Provide secure transportation support and escort services when required.
  • Maintain situational awareness and rapidly respond to security incidents, emergencies, or suspicious activities.
  • Coordinate with local law enforcement, first responders, and internal stakeholders during emergencies or special events.
  • Control access to sensitive locations and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Conduct routine and random patrols of assigned properties, executive residences, offices, and surrounding perimeters.
  • Prepare detailed incident reports, activity logs, and threat assessments with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Protect confidential information and exercise discretion regarding client activities, schedules, and locations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a security-first mindset.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a valid Florida Class D and Class G Security License.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of verifiable security, military, law enforcement, executive protection, or closely related experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and de-escalation skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, composed, and decisive during critical incidents.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when working with senior executives and high-profile clients.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background investigation, drug screening, and any client-specific requirements.
  • Must be physically capable of standing, walking, driving, and responding to emergencies for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Executive Protection certification or specialized protective services training.
  • Military, law enforcement, or government protective detail experience.
  • CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications.
  • Experience conducting threat assessments and protective intelligence activities.
  • Experience supporting C-suite executives, high-net-worth individuals, government officials, or other high-profile clients.
