In this driving post, you will help monitor entry and exit activity, verify badges and credentials, complete routine patrols, and provide strong customer service and communication. You will support daily security-related operations with a reliable, people-first approach, working as part of a team that values integrity, agility, and innovation.

Pay Rate: $20.16 / Hour

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, monitoring entry and exit points, and/or supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Verify visitor, contractor, and employee credentials in accordance with location policies, issue access instructions, and document arrivals, departures, and/or unusual activity.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including production areas, shipping and receiving zones, and perimeter access points, to help to deter unauthorized access and/or policy violations.
  • Monitor alarms, cameras, and entry systems, and report equipment issues, maintenance concerns, and/or suspicious behavior in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proof of high school diploma or GED is required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
  • CPR and/or First Aid experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
