Job Description


As a Security Officer Dispatch Coordinator in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch professional at a dynamic aerospace and defense location, where you will monitor activity, coordinate communications, and support timely response to security-related events. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, communication protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a defense-related location.
  • Monitor radios, telephones, alarms, and/or other dispatch systems, document incoming calls and incidents, and relay information to field personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Coordinate routine and priority service requests, assist with dispatching officers to reported incidents, and communicate updates to supervisors and/or client representatives as needed.
  • Support access and visitor-related processes by receiving reports, verifying information, and directing concerns through established security-related and operational channels.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned, noting unusual activity and reporting maintenance, operational, and/or security-related concerns promptly.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
