Allied Universal is hiring a Site Manager for a high-profile security account in Saint Charles, MO.
This is a hands-on leadership role. The Site Manager will be expected to work an assigned security post alongside other officers while also helping oversee the daily operation of the account.
This position is ideal for someone who can lead from the front, support the team, provide excellent customer service, and handle key clerical duties such as scheduling, payroll support, training, employee follow-up, and client communication.
The right candidate will be professional, dependable, and comfortable balancing post coverage, team leadership, and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced security environment.
Allied Universal also provides a week-long management onboarding course to help prepare you for success.
Position Details:
Position: Site Manager
Location: Saint Charles, MO
Pay: $65,000 Annual Salary
Schedule: Full-Time, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Requirement: Valid driver’s license required
Experience Needed: Minimum of 2 years in business operations, security management, or team supervision
