As a Security Officer Armed Driver Patrol Security Clearance in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an armed patrol professional at a leading aerospace and defense location, where you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a professional environment through strong communication and customer service. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or local authorities as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and follow post orders related to sensitive areas, materials, and equipment.
  • Support security-related operations by preparing clear reports, maintaining awareness of site activity, and following Allied Universal standards for armed patrol assignments.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Have at least 3 years of armed security-related experience.
  • Have at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience.
  • Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
