Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. In this role, you will support access awareness and respond to site needs with agility, reliability, and innovation while working as part of a caring team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the lobby, office areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify access permissions, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations according to site procedures.
• Support closing and opening activities, observe cash handling and high-traffic areas from a security-related perspective, and provide clear incident reports at the end of each shift.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
