As a Security Officer Patrol Associate in Delray Beach, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a residential location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support residents with strong customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document relevant details according to site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community, including common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and/or vehicle activity in accordance with community rules and post orders, helping to support orderly entry and exit.
• Communicate with residents, property representatives, and/or local responders as needed regarding incidents, concerns, and/or observed conditions at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
