As a Security Officer Access Monitor in Lexington, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic food and beverage location as an Access Control Officer, helping manage entry points, monitor assigned areas, and perform routine patrols. In this role, you will remain visible to help deter security-related incidents while delivering strong customer service and clear communication. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Monitor entrances and exits, verify identification and/or credentials, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with access control protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, parking areas, and access points, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
• Help to deter unauthorized entry by observing pedestrian and vehicle traffic, following screening procedures, and maintaining accurate logs of arrivals, departures, and security-related incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
