As an Airport Security Officer Bicycle Patrol in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a government transportation location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas by foot, bike, and vehicle, helping to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence and strong communication. This driving post offers the chance to support travelers and staff while delivering customer service with agility, reliability, teamwork, innovation, and integrity.

Position Type: Full Time - Day Shift 

Pay Rate: $22.50 / Hour with an hourly bonus of $1.96. Premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked by the employee.

Requirements: 

• Valid Driver's License (+1 years)
• 1+ years of Security Experience
• 21+ years of age
• Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
• Ability to pass a background check according to the DOT Pass and ID office

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, parking locations, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entry points, restricted areas, and passenger-facing locations while observing for unusual conditions, policy violations, and/or maintenance-related concerns.
• Support government location operations by assisting with access control, directing individuals to appropriate areas, and communicating with supervisors and/or local authorities when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be able to ride a bike.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
