As a Security Officer Patrol in Greencastle, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a busy retail distribution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming atmosphere through strong customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, entry points, loading areas, and perimeter zones.
• Help to deter unauthorized access, theft-related activity, and/or policy violations by maintaining a visible presence and monitoring activity throughout the location.
• Support daily operations by documenting observations, communicating with site personnel and visitors, and following post orders for assigned patrol duties.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
