As a Security Console Operator Overnight in Raleigh, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and agency personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities for a government location.
• Monitor radio, telephone, alarm, and other communication systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and dispatch appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations by gathering details, prioritizing requests, and relaying accurate information to supervisors, first responders, and/or site contacts.
• Maintain detailed reports, dispatch logs, incident records, and other required documentation to support security-related operations and continuity of services.
• Support access control, camera monitoring, and routine status checks of the location to help deter unauthorized activity and assist with timely response to operational needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
