Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.
• Monitor access points, observe building activity, and report security-related concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations in accordance with Allied Universal standards and location expectations.
• Support daily operations at a commercial real estate location by assisting with visitor directions, monitoring deliveries and contractor activity, and completing routine reports and logs.

Minimum Requirements:

• An armed guard card or license is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
