Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine driving patrols, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. In this customer-facing role, you will support tenants and visitors with strong communication and service while reflecting our values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observed conditions and actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout commercial real estate buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, report maintenance or property concerns to the appropriate contacts, and support site operations with clear communication and professionalism.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
