As a Security Officer Dispatch Operator in Aurora, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch professional supporting a dynamic retail and mall location. In this role, you will coordinate communications, monitor activity, document incidents, and help guide timely responses to security-related concerns while delivering outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, supporting security-related communications, and coordinating appropriate emergency response activities for the location.
• Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and other communication systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and relay information to on-site personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Dispatch officers and/or site personnel to incidents, service requests, and priority situations, helping to support timely response across the property and surrounding areas.
• Prepare and maintain accurate logs, incident reports, visitor-related records, and other dispatch documentation in accordance with Allied Universal standards and site policies.
• Support regular and random patrol operations by tracking officer status, communicating coverage needs, and helping to coordinate responses to after-hours issues, access concerns, and unusual activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
