Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by following site-specific policies, access procedures, and security-related protocols throughout the location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergency response situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts and/or local authorities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior spaces, exterior areas, parking lots, and perimeter access points to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, assist with crowd flow during busy periods, and document security-related observations, incidents, and/or maintenance concerns according to post procedures.
• Support loss prevention and property protection efforts by reporting suspicious behavior, helping to deter unauthorized access, and communicating professionally with patrons and/or employees.

Minimum Requirements:

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
