Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, monitoring access points, and supporting security-related protocols for personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify potential concerns and report security-related issues.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, and other site systems, verify authorized entry, and assist with visitor management and badge checks in accordance with location policies.
• Support Allied Universal and site leadership with incident reporting, daily activity logs, and follow-up on security-related concerns while maintaining professional interactions with employees, contractors, and guests.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
