As a Security Guard - Mornings - Full Time in Jefferson, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. You will support daily operations with integrity, teamwork, and reliability while helping create a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and security-related policies at the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, deliveries, and/or visitor activity while maintaining accurate logs, reports, and other required documentation related to security-related events.
• Support emergency response activities, facility rules, and/or operational procedures while reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and suspicious behavior to the appropriate site personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
